I recently purchased from your company laminate
flooring and carpet, and I wanted to tell you how satisfied I was with the
service and installation. Prior to coming to your store I visited several
others….to mention a few, but I was most warmly received by Susan Stein,
and it was her reception and knowledge of the products that made me decide to
buy from you.
Unfortunately in today’s world older,
single women are often given the “brush off” by sales people, but
Susan did no such thing. She took a great deal of time to explain the
differences in the various floorings as well as advising me what areas could
best be served in my home with the laminate when she came to measure. After I
had taken home several samples, she followed up with a phone call and at no
time did I feel pressured or hurried to make my final decision. Throughout the
entire transaction, Susan was an ultimate professional…kind, courteous,
and ever obliging. I found the same qualities in the
installers…Susan’s husband and Chris and his young crew. They did
their work quickly and professionally leaving no mess behind them….

Thank you so much for the help you gave me
getting my beautiful new carpet. I love it!
When I came looking for carpet I never dreamed
that by the next weekend I would feel like I'm in a new home. I really
appreciate your help and expertise.
I can't forget to tell you how wonderful your
installers were. Fred and his guys couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.
I guess its always a little stressful to have your house a little torn up etc.
but they took the stress right out of it.
I am now looking forward to the holidays and
entertaining instead of dreading it. I have already given your name to some
